I finally reached my first goal of being in the 100’s! After just three weeks of starting my fitness/health challenge! But then Saturday I went to the first cook out I’ve gone to all summer and ate a little bit of everything. I gained about two pounds so I’m back in the 200’s :( 201.6 to be exact. I can’t blame it on the food alone, I have not gone on a run in 3 days. Luckily, I started my job as a camp counselor so I was pretty active today. Tomorrow I am definitely going for a run! Back on this diet!
